You can track your order online at any time after it ships. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how tracking works at Discount Fragrances.
HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER
You can track your order using either of the following methods:
Option 1 — Track with your order number and email:
- Click the "Track My Order" button above.
- Enter your order number (found in your order confirmation email) and the email address used at checkout.
- View the current status of your shipment, including its location and estimated delivery date.
Option 2 — Track with your tracking number:
- Wait for your shipment confirmation email, which contains your tracking number and a direct tracking link.
- Click the "Track My Order" button above, or use the tracking link in your shipment confirmation email.
- Enter your tracking number if prompted.
- View the current status of your shipment.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING NUMBER?
Your tracking number is sent to the email address used at checkout once your order has shipped. Please note that orders typically require up to 2 business days for processing prior to carrier pickup, so tracking information will not be available immediately after you place your order.
If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Discount Fragrances ships orders using the following trusted carriers, selected based on destination, package characteristics, and service availability:
- Canada Post
- UPS
- Intelcom
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY TRACKING INFORMATION
If you have not received your tracking email and it has been more than 3 business days since you placed your order, please follow these steps:
- Check your spam or junk folder. Tracking emails are sometimes filtered automatically by email providers.
- Check the email address on your order. Confirm that the email address used at checkout is correct and one you have access to.
- Contact us. If you still cannot locate your tracking information, email info@discountfragrances.ca with your order number, and we will resend your tracking details.
MY TRACKING SHOWS NO UPDATES OR THE PACKAGE IS LATE
If your tracking has not updated for more than 1 business day, or your package has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please refer to our Shipping Policy for next steps, or email info@discountfragrances.ca with your order number and we will contact the carrier on your behalf to investigate.
