I received my item and I am pleased with the packaging and the price. I wasn't satisfied with the delivery as the delivery person went to my neighbor's house I am glad that my neighbor was home to point the delivery person where my unit is I don't know if I would have received it if they were not home. Yet I provided the details my shipping
