Discount Fragrances Returns & Refunds Policy

Scope
This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases made from Discount Fragrances and governs returns, refunds, and related fees. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below.
General Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- in original condition
- returned with all original components, including packaging, box sleeve, and any included accessories and/or free samples shipped with the item.
Discount Fragrances reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse returns that do not meet these condition requirements.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and non-returnable:
- Tester boxes
- Unboxed fragrances
- Gift sets (unless specifically noted)
- Sample-size items (unless specifically noted)
- Travel-size / mini fragrances
- Bath & body products (unless specifically noted)
- Cosmetic items (makeup, skincare, haircare, etc.)
Damaged Items (Reporting Window: 5 Days)
If an item arrives damaged, you must notify Discount Fragrances within 5 days of delivery.
Required documentation: clear photos of:
- the item received
- the item packaging
- the shipping box
- the shipping label

For verified damaged items:
- the 12% restocking fee does not apply.
Discount Fragrances reserves the right to request additional information necessary to assess the claim.
Out-of-Stock Items
If a product is out of stock after purchase, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund for the unavailable product(s). Any remaining items will ship as usual.
Restocking Fee
A 12% restocking fee applies to all returned orders, except as expressly stated in (Damaged Items).
Shipping & Handling Fees (Non-Refundable)
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Where Discount Fragrances provides a prepaid return shipping label using our discounted rates, the cost of shipping may be deducted as described below.
Returns Not Due to Our Error (Customer Responsibility)
If a return is initiated for reasons unrelated to an error or fault of Discount Fragrances, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
If the original order qualified for free shipping, then two-way shipping costs will be deducted from the refund total, including:
- shipping from Discount Fragrances to the customer, and
- return shipping from the customer back to Discount Fragrances.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law. Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and assessed for compliance with this Policy.
Product Updates, Reformulations, and Packaging Changes (No Return Basis)
From time to time, manufacturers may change packaging or formulas. Discount Fragrances is not responsible for these changes. All products sold remain 100% authentic, and updates in packaging or scent profile do not qualify for returns.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact info@discountfragrances.ca to attempt resolution before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks may be disputed by Discount Fragrances and may result in restricted purchasing privileges.
